Help Ling fighting cancer

When I was diagnosed with gastric cancer in May 2019, all I could think about was my then 5-year-old daughter, Alice. As a single mother who wants my daughter to thrive, I swiftly pursued aggressive treatment. My years of hard work finishing a Ph.D. in materials science, my dreams of helping the world develop clean energy technologies -- all of this was overshadowed by my fears of what would happen to Alice if I were to leave this world.
Soon after, I had surgery to remove the large tumor in my stomach, meaning I receive all my nutrition through a feeding tube. I suffered through multiple rounds of chemotherapy, causing me to lose my hair as well as my energy. Despite undergoing treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center for over a year, unfortunately, my cancer cells have now spread to my spine and brain.
Just one day before the Chinese Lunar New Year, my oncologist told me that I only have 3-4 months left to live.
Leaving this world means leaving behind now 6-year-old Alice as well as my 64-year-old mom, Li Teng, who moved here from China to be with me during these difficult times.
It's so heartbreaking when I think about what Alice and my mom may have to undergo in the future if I'm not with them anymore since they don't have income. It would be too devastating for them to suffer the economic difficulty while dealing with the loss of my daughter’s only parent and my mom’s only daughter. I don't want to give up fighting. Please help me and my family.
I wish I could celebrate Alice's 60th birthday with her. Instead, I could only accompany her for 6 years.
Procedures that I've undergone so far. I'm still fighting my hardest against this cancer to grab even a 1 in million chance to beat the disease. In the meantime, I want every last minute to be able to help arrange things for Alice and my mom.
