Help Lisa and Greg with Home Repairs and Auto Emergencies

Friends and Family,

We’ve had quite the month regarding making necessary house repairs like installing a new furnace, paying a pest company to ensure bats no longer get into our house (very scary!), working on the chimney so we’re not at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning, capping the chimney properly, and being told our car’s transmission is shot and would take $5,600 to repair it, which is more than it’s worth.

Luckily, family members are helping with the car situation, but it’s been A LOT recently and Greg and I are out of savings due to all these necessary repairs. We honestly feel broken. I hate, hate, HATE asking for money, but we could use whatever you can give. We’re embarrassed to do this. I’m looking at taking on a part time job on top of my job at the psych hospital to help with bills.
