Help Lisa DeRusha Care for JJ and Family

Hi, my name is Jessica and I am a dear friend of Lisa DeRusha. She is a single mom and a hairdresser in Old Saybrook. Her son JJ, who is 15 years old, was born with cerebral palsy. He’s faced many medical problems in his life and is now battling pneumonia. His mother Lisa has never left his side through all of it. She works for herself as a hairdresser and when she can’t work to help with JJ, she doesn’t get paid.

Lisa has two other children, Gabrielle (25) & Dominic (11).
