Help Lisa Warrener Recover from a Life-Altering Dog Attack
Donation protected
On Sunday, November 3rd, Lisa suffered a brutal attack by a neighbor’s dog while in her backyard feeding her cats. The dog inflicted devastating injuries, including severe injuries to her face and teeth, severe arm and hand trauma with multiple broken bones, a partial loss of her ear, and puncture wounds to her body. She is currently in the SICU receiving the care she needs.
Lisa is a beloved wife and mother, devoted animal lover, and compassionate friend in her Albany neighborhood. This horrific attack has left Lisa facing a long road ahead of surgeries, medical treatments, and rehabilitation. As her family, we are reaching out and asking for your support, no matter how big or small, to help cover Lisa’s medical expenses, rehabilitation, and any future therapies. Every contribution will help provide Lisa with the resources she needs to recover, rebuild, and heal.
About Lisa and Her Family Lisa is known for her big heart, especially when it comes to animals. She has dedicated herself to caring for her pets and neighborhood strays, including cats and chickens. Her husband, John Warrener, is a retired pastor and Volunteer Chaplain with the Albany Police Department, who has dedicated his life to serving the community.
How Your Donation Will Be Used Our primary focus is to cover Lisa’s medical expenses, rehabilitation, and any future therapies she may require to heal and recover. Additionally, we want to honor Lisa’s love for animals by donating 10% of the funds raised to the Albany Humane Society, which works tirelessly to protect and care for animals in our community.
Thank you so much for supporting Lisa and John as they work towards Lisa’s healing and recovery. Your kindness, prayers, and donations mean the world to them.
With sincere gratitude,
The Warrener Family
