Hi all,
My name is Michelle Arntson and I am partners with Nicole Sharp at a used book store in Weiser Idaho. We have 5 cats in the book store and people come to visit them as much as they come
to shop.
Our shop is in a decaying, mold filled building with electrical issues as well and we want to move.
I own the building next door which used to be a bar and that’s where we would like to move to.
Much bigger space, lots of storage, no mold or electrical weirdness and it’s a cool, old historic building.
But it needs work, mostly cosmetic and a little structural (like opening up long sealed windows and adding glass to the front door for light).
We will be doing a lot of the work ourselves but we need supplies and there are some things that we may need to hire people to do.
