Help turn little orphan Walnut's life around

This is Walnut. He is a little orphan puppy that was found all alone on the streets, without a mother and badly injured, when he was only a few months old. You may remember him from posts by Let’s Save’s Welfare (although he didn’t have a name then). This video of Walnut shows how small he was due to malnourishment when he was found https://youtube.com/shorts/uUOIAUETPZ8?feature=share

A local girl spotted Walnut on the pavement from her window and noticed he had a limp and couldn’t move far. Thoughtless kids were throwing stones at this tiny puppy. Walnut was rushed to the vets. He had been bitten deeply by another dog or animal and the wound was filled with maggots, he had a very swollen belly and was covered in fleas. He was in a bad way and so young he couldn’t look after himself.

The vet cleaned the wound and gave him treatment. It took several trips and treatment before Walnut started to get better and during this period he got sick again several times, his wound got infected with pus and he suffered with a bout of scabies. Through all of this, this little innocent soul showed incredible strength in fighting to survive. You can see in these video links Walnut with his sore wound and on his way to the vets https://youtube.com/shorts/bTv7ecd04f0?feature=share and https://youtube.com/shorts/HIqZP9BBBbM?feature=share

Once Walnut started to recover his playful, happy side slowly come out. You can see this in these video links where he is getting his first treat https://youtube.com/shorts/CJIuAMqLHr0?feature=share and playing with his very first toy https://youtube.com/shorts/eyzQZA1v2wc?feature=share
We mustn't let Walnut go back on the streets of Pakistan, where there is no animal welfare and sadly dogs are killed and poisoned on the street every day. We want him to have a family of his own who can spoil him with all the love and care he deserves. Sadly it is very hard, almost impossible, to find homes for stray dogs in Pakistan. We are therefore asking you to help us raise the funds so that little Walnut can travel to the UK to find a safe and loving forever home. If we succeed Romana Bhatti at TWS (Todd's Welfare Society) will be helping to bring Walnut to the UK.
We can’t do this without your help and all donations big or small will make the difference. Thank you for helping to turn little Walnut’s life around.
