Help Liyan and her Sisters leave Gaza

In the midst of the ongoing conflict, where the horrors of war loom overhead, Liyan and her three sisters find themselves grappling with the absence of their father.

My name is Liyan, and I am the oldest of four sisters: Hayat, Lana, and Naya. Our lives changed dramatically after October 7th, as we were forced to leave our home in Gaza due to the ongoing conflict. Instead of experiencing the joys of childhood, we have faced nothing but hardship and suffering.

We have been displaced three times, moving from Gaza to Rafah to Deir al-Balah, struggling to find stability and security.

Without our father, Not only are we deprived of our father’s comforting presence during these tumultuous times, but we also bear the heavy burden of managing everything on our own amidst the chaos and uncertainty of war.

We used to take for granted the simple joys of attending school, eating nutritious meals, and drinking clean water. However, now our struggles lie in the deprivation of our right to education, coupled with the harsh reality of consuming contaminated water and unhealthy food. Recently, both my sister Hayat and I were diagnosed with viral hepatitis due to these unsanitary conditions, adding to our already heavy burden.

All we want is to be reunited with our father and rebuild our family together. However, we cannot do this without your help. Your donation will enable us to cover the costs of travel and reunification expenses. Even sharing our story can make a difference in bringing attention to our plight.
