Help Liz after car crash

Hi everyone, I am fundraising to support Liz Yeaman in this very difficult and unfortunate time.
On July 1st 2023, she sustained major injuries from a head on hit and run car crash going about 60 mph. She has several broken ribs, a fractured pelvis, both of her legs were crushed, as well as her right ankle, and has heavy bruising across her body. She has been at Moses Cone in the ICU receiving care, which includes a total of 4 surgeries. She will be in the hospital for an unknown amount of time and the healing period afterwards will take about a year, give or take.
Unfortunately, since this accident happened out of state her insurance will only cover a small portion of the medical costs. Also, the driver at fault is still unknown so there is no compensation for this crash. Once she can go home, she will need further help caring for herself and won’t be able to work for a long time.
She’s a single mother who lives on her own, now without a car and unable to financially support herself and her son. All of the money raised will go towards Liz to help with medical bills, transportation, and living expenses.
