Help Liz after November Sumas Flood

The staff at the Bellingham Regional Chamber of Commerce have created this gofundme to help a member of our Chamber team, Liz Leighton, to replace household items lost when the Nooksack river flooded her home in Sumas in mid November. While we are so thankful she was able to get out safely and later was able to go back and retrieve treasured belongings such as family photos, she did lose ALL of her furniture and many other items due to flood damage.

 

Liz feels so blessed by the outpouring of love and compassion that has been shown by our Whatcom County community. We too, appreciate everyone that has helped her, as well as the rest of our community hit hard by this recent flooding.
