Help Liz Fetzer Attend SōSI 2022

Hi! My name's Liz Fetzer. I currently attend the University of Missouri, pursuing my degree in percussion performance. In college, I have grown tremendously as a performer and student. Through the help of all the outstanding faculty here at Mizzou, I have discovered my passion for new and challenging percussion works. I love it all, whether that be a modern snare solo with electronics to collaborating with my peers through chamber music.

This summer, I'm super excited to have been accepted into the Sō Percussion Summer Insitute. SōSI is a collaborative program that brings together college-aged performers and composers to spend two weeks on campus at Princeton University. Students get to work directly with the members of Sō Percussion and guest faculty to create and premiere new works for percussion. Attending this institute has always been my dream, and I am thrilled about the life-changing experience ahead.

I am asking for the generous help of my family and friends to help me get to SōSI. My tuition for SōSI includes housing on the Princeton campus and meals during my stay. On top of my tuition for the program, I have to arrange travel to and from New Jersey. Not only does any contribution help me, but it also supports the fantastic program that Sō Percussion has created and continues to allow students to gather for this institute for years to come. Even the smallest donation will make a huge difference!
