Help Lizi the dog pay for an emergency life-saving surgery!

Hi, I am fundraising for Zsófia and her dog, Lizi. Lizi is a 7-year-old german short-haired pointer who loves to play fetch and running with Zsófia. She unexpectedly started to vomit a few weeks ago, and after Zsófia took her to the vet many times, they found that food couldn't pass the stomach and she needed an overnight life-saving surgery. Zsófia and Lizi are from Hungary but Zsófia is doing a post-doc in Lund and did not have a health insurance for Lizi because pet healthcare is not a large expense in Hungary. Lizi was not stable enough to transport back to Hungary (a 14 hour drive) before the surgery, and so Zsófia is now stuck with a very hefty medical burden of over 10,000 eur (100,000 kr) for the emergency health care. Due to the unexpected and urgency of the situation, I ask you to help Zsófia and Lizi pay for the healthcare costs. Zsófia had no other choice than to go ahead with the treatments in Sweden and Lizi is a very sweet dog who deserves the best! Lizi is now stable enough to travel to Hungary, but still has to undergo more surgery and treatment to be well again.
