Help NASA Officer Jimmy Jacks with Medical Bills

Jimmy Jacks has served as a NASA security police officer for 34 years!  For 28 of those years he has repeatedly battled a non-malignant brain tumor having 4 different surgeries to remove it each time it grew back.  This past year has been particularly challenging for him and his family.  Not only has the tumor returned (scheduled for surgery again next week) but his short-term disability has expired along with all of his vacation and sick leave.  To complicate matters, the status of his long-term disability is in limbo as the insurance company continues to "assess" his eligibility and his wife has been laid off from her job.
