Help Lorenzo family move after gun violence

Hola, my name is Altagracia and live in Boston. On the evening of Easter, my family went through a traumatic situation. Stray bullets from a nearby neighborhood shooting entered our apartment windows and hit my 12 year old son in his leg as he was getting ready for bed. Several more bullets entered our home, just missing me and my daughter. This was traumatic for our family: my son was screaming, "dont let me die."

My son spent one night in Boston Medical Center recovering from a bullet wound in his leg. My children are very frightened to return back to our apartment. We no longer feel safe in the apartment I've called home for the past 12 years.

We are humbly asking for some financial help as we try to relocate and heal from this tragic community violence. Relocating in Boston can be costly.
