Help Lori and family

Hi, this is Danielle, (Lori’s sister) and here is a little bit about the situation and why I made this GoFundMe! In April 2022 Lori was rushed to Pottstown hospital with severe headaches, loss of vision, and dizziness. After some tests, she was told she has a large meningioma (tumor growing from the lining around her brain) that would need to be removed immediately. She was transferred to Reading hospital and over the course of two weeks she went through extensive tests and finally surgery to remove the tumor.

Lori’s surgery was successful in removing the tumor, and she was able to go home with some physical therapy after about two weeks in the hospital. During her follow up appointments, it was determined she needs 30 days of radiation to ensure all of the cells were gone and lower the risk of the tumor coming back. This means she can’t return to work until September, and she’s been out of work since early April.

Lori really could use any help with funding for basic needs to support her family (son, daughter, and 3 year old grandson) while she’s out of work since she’s the primary source of income for the family. This will immensely help with bills, food, and other household expenses until Lori gets back to work in September.
