Help Louis Represent Team USA at the U24 World Championships

Hi there! My name is Louis Douville Beaudoin and I was recently selected to be a member of the 2025 USA Mixed National Team to compete at the U24 World Championships in Logroño, Spain this June!

Being a part of this team is an honor and I’m so excited to play alongside and against some of the best Ultimate players from around the world.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity, and also a very expensive one! All donations will cover domestic and international flights to training camps and the tournament, player fees, and room and board. Any size contribution is greatly appreciated and will directly help cover these costs!

USAU has provided players with the following expense breakdown:

National Team Costs:

• 2025 USAU Membership Dues $70

• Housing/Fields/Food (US Training Weekend) $300

• Transportation to US Training Weekend $400

• US Team Coaching and Medical $600 - 800

• Team Participation Fee $0 (USAU paid)

• Tournament Player Fee $400

• Housing/Fields/Food (Training Camp) $600 - 800

• Housing/Food (Tournament) $700 - 800

• Uniform and other USA National Team gear $0 (sponsored)

• Transportation to/from TC/Worlds (flight, bus) $1,600 - 1,900

• Additional food/snacks $100

• Souvenirs (optional - discs, apparel, etc.) $100

I’m incredibly grateful for the support I have received from my teammates and the Ultimate community, reaching this point in my career has been made possible by the wonderful people who I have been fortunate enough to meet through this sport, and I am honored to be representing these communities as a part of USX.

My Frisbee Journey:

I started playing ultimate in 5th grade in the Summer Ultimate League of Amherst (SULA), and played my first season with the middle school team at ARMS in 2018. I went on to play for Amherst JVB, BUDA U17, and attended NUTC in 2019. From then on I was totally hooked. In the years since, I have played for Amherst BVU, Duck and Cover, the USA U20 Open team, TireBizFriz, The Middlebury Pranksters, Boston DiG, and Boston Slow.

During this time I also grew a love of coaching and teaching within Ultimate. I began volunteering at SULA, coaching clinics at the local elementary schools in Amherst, and counseling at the Town of Amherst LSSE NUTC Day Camp as well. Now, I am the director of the LSSE NUTC Day Camp and a counselor at NUTC. As a player who has gained so much from the Amherst Ultimate Community I truly love working with younger players and give back to the community that has supported me through the years!

A special thank you to the 5th graders of Presumpscot Elementary and the Aftercare crew at the Friends School of Portland for bringing so much joy and throwing the frisbee with me during the tryout process this Fall!
