Help me stay in Berkeley by contributing to my Defense fund

Hello community, it's Louis Grim. My roommate and I are fighting a wrongful eviction by our greedy landlord. This is the second lawsuit in less than a year. We need funds for legal expenses and fees. The landlord and his corrupt Management Company have concocted a fiction to justify their nuisance lawsuit. Their negligence of the property is the real nuisance. They can't stand that we have rent control. The complexity of the case may necessitate that we upgrade from our Pro Bono attorney to a paid one. I think when we beat this second lawsuit, they will leave us alone. Hopefully this is the last time I need to ask for your help. Please help if you can. Thanks -Lou
