Help the Lovett Family Business

Donation protected
If you would like to help a rare, "mom and pop," non-corporate, downtown Santa Monica business please read on...

On May 31, Santa Monica suffered a mass looting attack that hurt 100s of local businesses in our city. Sadly, my friends Kim and Marsha Lovett's small, family-run business was one of them. Their store "Quality Rubber Stamps," which the Lovett family has owned and operated since 1977,  had its storefront windows completely shattered. Luckily, looters did not harm or take much of the store's contents, and plenty of community members and friends showed up the next day to help clean up the mess - but sadly the Lovett's insurance did not cover any glass repair or loss of business (as a result of shutting down for a month).

The Lovetts are an incredible family who regularly volunteer countless hours to help our public schools, churches and local community. If you would like to join me in helping to offset some of the unexpected expenses they are having to endure, please know all contributions (no matter the size) will mean a great deal.
