Help Lubaba Stay Afloat!

Hi there! My name is Summeiya, and I've been friends with Lubaba since high school, having the privilege of watching her grow into the powerhouse of a human, political organizer, and friend that she is.

For the past several years, Lubaba has worked tirelessly on several NDP campaigns, the fight to keep public healthcare free in Ontario, as well as tirelessly working for the UofT Scarborough Campus Student Union from 2016-2020. Outside of organizing, Lubaba is a dedicated mother to her two kitties, Zuko and Opal, as well as the eldest daughter in a first-generation Bengali family.

Recently, Lubaba's landlord has raised their rent astronomically, as well as given them notice that they will be reno-victed in the coming months. Facing under-employment despite her lengthy experience, these costs are really adding up, and they need some help staying afloat.
