Help Lucas become healthy

Hi, my name is Alex and this fundraiser is to help pay the medical expenses of my dog Lucas. Lucas is a dachshund, AKA a weiner dog, and has IVDD. IVDD is Canine intervertebral disk disease which is a result from a herniated disc in the spinal cord. He underwent emergency spinal surgery this past Thursday, 3/3/2022, because his hind legs became immobile. Thanks to Dr. Reese and his team in Southeast Veterinary Neurology, Lucas made it through the surgery and is now recovering. The surgery overall costs $10,000. The medical expenses are high and it is very difficult to pay off the expenses. Anything helps and any amount will help us and be appreciated.
