Help Luciana's Mom Secure Legal Representation

As you all know I have split custody with Luciana’s dad. These past few years have been even tougher coparenting as he’s trying to completely shut me out of Luci’s life. He switched her schools without my knowledge for the SECOND time. He keeps taking me off of the contact list for her schools so I am not updated on anything. & He bad mouths me in front of Luci to convince her of negative things about me. It’s just getting worse. Ive found out she’s been forgotten about at school and waiting for over an hour after school for someone to get her. I’ve also found out that since her dad is a firefighter and his girlfriend is a police officer who works nights, they will leave her to sleep at the house by herself over night! It’s blows my mind that no one reaches out to me to be there for her in these situations when I’m a SAHM who is willing and able to be there in this situations. I’ve had enough and filed contempt and have started the process of going back to court. We have a court date set and I was planning on representing myself… but he has an attorney and the more I read on stories of people representing themselves regardless of how much evidence they have, they usually get the crap end of the stick in court simply for not having an attorney. I’ve decided I’m going to hire an attorney, but the finances of it is a lot right now for us. It’s a $5,000 retainer fee for the attorney and I just want to reach out and see if any of you had it on your heart to help out with this.

If not or if you simply can’t, no worries at all, I just simply ask for your prayers during this time for both Luciana and I. I know what’s best for Luci and somethings got to change for her sake.
