HELP! Ludo was hit by a car & they ran

Hi, my name is Holly and I was the foster mom to Ludo (FKA Sail) via Secondhand Hounds.

 

Ludo was adopted out to a friend last year and today encountered a tragic accident. Her little human sister was leaving for school and sneaky little Ludo escaped out the door and took off running. Her tiny feet ran all the way onto a busy street where she was struck by a car. Sadly, the driver just drove off, even after losing their bumper. 

 

She was rushed to the e-vet and discovered that she has a fractured jaw and broken spine. Surgery is estimated to cost around $20,000. It's a high price to pay, but these are our fur-babies and they are family.

 

It needs to be decided within the next day or two if we can raise enough money to fix this little girl up (no guarantees though) or if we'll have to let her cross the rainbow bridge. I urge to please help, even $20 will make a difference.

 

NOTE--if we cannot raise enough money, we will donate however much is raised to the Secondhand Hounds Fighter Fund program that takes in cases that no one else can or will so hopefully we'll be able to save lives, even if it's not Ludo's.
