Hi everyone, I came across Luis and his dogs while vacationing in Puerto Rico with my family. We as a family are dog lovers and it broke our hearts to see them on the street, however, you can tell they are loved by Luis. We were able to contribute food, water and beds but we still need more help! We are starting this GoFund me to help Luis get a place to live and enough food for him to get back on his feet!
