Help Luis with college

Luis has to change to The University of Memphis and needs assistance for tuition in order to start. He has requested the assistance from FAFSA and other scholarship but will not be able to get them this semester. He will be majoring in Supply Chain Management and minoring in Naval Science. Just life happens and changes had to be made. He is a bright kid and hard working. We are asking for family and friends for assistance to help get started. We really appreciate any help possible.
