Help Luke Fight Severe Aplastic Anemia

Hi I am Pam Grundy, grandmother of our sweet nine year old Luke who has been diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia. The failure of Luke’s bone marrow to make the blood cells needed for a healthy life has made it necessary for him to receive a life saving bone marrow transplant. Thankfully, Luke’s older sister was a perfect match for the transplant.

After almost a month in an out-of-state hospital and a successful transplant, Luke and his mother are staying away from home for the next few months for weekly follow-up care. Once this part of his aftercare is complete, he will be able to return home. The final stage of his treatment will require monthly travel from Montana to Utah for the balance of one year.

We are trying to raise the funds needed for the family’s medical, travel and other related expenses. Any help is very much appreciated.
