Life-Saving surgery for Luna

Calling all animal lovers! My name is Michele and my dog Luna is in desperate need of surgery. Luna has a mammary gland tumor that needs to be removed as soon as possible, as her life may be at stake if not treated. The surgery will cost $1000, and as single parent, this would put a significant financial strain on me, and I'm not sure how I'm going to come up with it.
