Help Lux get to Texas

Hi friends, family and anyone who happens to read this.

We have a huge favor to ask. We have had Lux since he was a puppy and he is such a cool (huge) dog. He is half Pyrenees half Akbash. He is an amazing dog, but he has developed some major behavioral issues that make him a challenging dog. His size and stature also are a bit challenging. We have known for a while that we aren’t the right family/handlers for him and have been looking for other options. If we took him to the shelter, he would be euthanized, and if we rehomed him, it would be unfair to the next family.

We reached out to our friends at Endless Pawsibilities Foundation here in Elko, and they helped us to find an amazing rehabilitation and training center for dogs just like Lux.

This facility has agreed to take him in at no charge to us, and to rehabilitate him and find him a better suited home. The only problem is that it is in southern Texas, and we have to transport him. The rescue group has decided that they can help us with transport, but we need to raise some funding for the expenses of that… if anybody is willing to help and donate, we and Lux would be forever greatful.
