Help Lynette with Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Maggie Snow and I am fundraising for one of my favorite people, Lynette Williams!

Lynette is a childcare provider, teacher, friend, co-worker, daughter, sister, football player, laughaholic, and truly one of the kindest, dearest people you could ever meet. She always has a smile on her face and it is impossible to not laugh when she does. She never has a bad word to say about anyone and she takes on life's challenges with a positive mindset and an ability to always see the silver lining.

 

She is going through one of those challenges now. Lynette has been dealing with some hand tremors the past few months. Originally doctors suspected it was a neurological issue and unfortunately, due to COVID, getting the proper appointments to figure out what this was stemming from was difficult. During her wait time to see a neurologist, her tremors all but stopped. She had some back pain at night when trying to sleep that she didn't think much of until New Years weekend when she was finding it difficult to even stand.

 

She went to the emergency and thankfully, she got the answers to what those tremors and pain were from.

Her doctors at Emory Midtown were swift to do an MRI and they discovered masses on her spine and in her neck. Further MRI's found a mass in her breast and liver. Even more tests were run and it was determined that the masses on her neck and back are growing and are compromising the bones. She will undergo surgeries to determine whether her masses are benign or malignant and additional surgeries on her neck and back to repair the damage the masses have done.

 

This GOFUNDME was created to help assist Lynette with her medical expenses and as a way to keep those who love her updated on her procedures, recovery and needs.
