Help Lynn Marie get back on her feet

Hello everyone,
As some of you may know, I've been having a rough go of things lately. I do not often ask for help and have difficulty leaning on friends and family for support; however, the time has come to reach out to my friends and family for their love and assistance.
To begin, I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. My symptoms became unmanageable around December of 2018 and I was unfortunately forced to leave a job I loved due to my inability to function on a day-to-day basis. I was evicted from my apartment after one month of non-payment, as my landlord was unwilling to work with me.
Thankfully, my church family was incredibly gracious and kind and offered me to stay with not one, but three church family members who were so hospitable to have given me their resources, time and love for the past six months.
I am currently staying with the most wonderful family-- Holly and Dan have been absolute angels in opening up their home to not only myself, but my emotional support cat, Buffy. However, my time with them is coming to an end. They have been working diligently on building their dream home in Brockton, NY, and I am unable to follow them. On the 29th of June, I will become homeless.
To compound onto my living situation, I am behind on my car payment, and have about a month until my car becomes repossessed. My car is essential to overcoming these hurdles God has placed before me. I am residing in Clarence, but have doctor appointments all over Buffalo. There are no public transportation options this far out from the city. I'm at Church at least twice a week and am visiting my mother (who is currently under Hospice care and doesn't have much time left) twice a day. I am trying to spend as much time with my mother as I can during the remaining time she has on Earth.
I am working with both my church family and local agencies in the area to help me get back on my feet and reciprocate the good that has been done for me, but unfortunately that will not help with my car payment, or assisting in paying for my mother's funeral expenses. Any donation at all would be extremely appreciated.
