Help Lynn's Dog Survive: Immediate Surgery Needed

Hello, this is Lynn. I'm reaching out desperately asking for help. Three days ago, my dog got into the bathroom trash. She ate tampons and started throwing up and bleeding from her bottom. She threw up again and threw up a tampon three times. I took her to the vet the very next morning, where they gave her all kinds of medications and wanted to see if she would pass them. Yesterday, she was still sick, still has not been to the bathroom, and was still throwing up. So, I took her back to the vet. They gave her more IV fluids, a shot for nausea, a vitamin B12 shot, and a fecal test. The fecal test turned out to be pure blood. I took her to another vet today for a second opinion. They did an x-ray and she has a tampon in her intestines and she needs immediate emergency surgery. They don't know if she will even make it through the weekend. Last night, she poured blood everywhere, as you can see in the pictures, and it all came from her bottom. I'm asking for help. I hate to have to ask for help, but I'm disabled and on a fixed income. I've spent like $700 in the past three days, and I just don't have any more. I cannot come up with that much money to have surgery done for my baby. Please help me save her.
