Help Lynsie fight Osteosarcoma (Bone Cancer)
Donation protected
Hi, I'm April, I'm fundraising for my dear friend Donna and her daughter Lynsie. Lynsie has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Her story began several years ago when she was first diagnosed with Leukemia as a teenager. Several trips to Seattle Children's Hospital with stays at Ronald McDonald House followed. Her young body was put through testing/chemo/radiation. The leukemia would leave and come back two more times. The last time in 2013, her body stopped responding to chemo. She was on life support, and the prognosis was not good. She was the first person in Washington to be given stem cell transplant as a last resort. And it worked. She was getting better. She was finally able to come home. Throughout all this, her mother has been by her side.
Osteosarcoma is a cancer that can accrue from having past cancer treatments. She has spots on both knees, pelvis and spot on the liver. They just received biopsy results Friday, 03/11. Wednesday, she will have more scans.
I'm doing this fundraiser to try to ease the financial burden of cancer and help with their household bills due to having to take time off from work. I know Lynsie would like to go to Disneyland while still having strength.
Attached are a couple of lengths of Lynise's story.

Please pray for strength, and please share.
