Help Maddie and Macy Leap to AEC's

Dear Friends, Family, and Equestrian Enthusiasts,

I am thrilled to announce that I have been given the incredible opportunity to compete in the prestigious American Eventing Championship(AEC)! My journey in eventing has been nothing short of a whirlwind, filled with unexpected twists and incredible achievements. It all started with Macy, a green 15h Arab Quarter Horse "pony" that came into my life unexpectedly in 2019. Back then, neither Macy nor I had ever set foot on a cross-country course. It was a leap of faith, a journey into the unknown. Yet, against all odds, Macy and I embarked on this adventure together, fueled by determination and a shared passion for jumping. The most remarkable part of this journey is how Macy, my once "oopsie" pony, has propelled us to the pinnacle of eventing - AECs in Kentucky.

When I first set out in eventing, my goal was simple: to reach Beginner Novice with Macy and then sell her to pursue a horse that could take me further. Little did I know that Macy would not only exceed my expectations but also become my partner in achieving my dreams. Five years ago, when my parents agreed to start looking for a horse, I never imagined that we would find Macy. With a modest budget and a simple requirement - for me to feel comfortable cantering jumps again after a confidence knock - Macy entered our lives and changed them forever. Her show name, "Must Be Dreaming," perfectly encapsulates the surreal nature of this journey. From a distant dream to a tangible reality, Macy has been the embodiment of perseverance, resilience, and unwavering spirit. As we stand on the brink of the AECs, I am filled with gratitude for the support and opportunities that have brought us this far.

Participating in such a high-level competition like AECs comes with significant expenses. From entry fees, travel costs to horse care and equipment, the financial burden is overwhelming.
