Help Maddie's Mom and Sister Overcome Financial Hardship

My name is Maddie! I'm a 22-year-old graduate student at the University of Redlands, and my family needs help. My mom and sister live in the Bay Area, stuck in a house they can no longer afford and cannot sell because my father abandoned them three weeks ago. Not for the first time.

My father has been creating hardship for my family for as long as I can remember, but it all came crashing down in 2016, the weekend I graduated from eighth grade. He skipped out on paying taxes for a few years, had three affairs during his marriage to my mom, went to rehab twice for alcohol abuse, has walked out and gone missing countless times, and has run my mother financially into the ground. My sister, who is 21 years old, was diagnosed with Autism at 2 years old, and is 100% dependent on my mom. My dad, once a very successful CFO at several companies, has been hired and fired by at least four jobs in the last four years. He's taken out personal loans to fake getting paychecks and lied about being employed. He refuses to pay bills, lies and manipulates, and it has put my mom, who makes approximately $90k a year, in a very, very difficult spot.

I've been down at school for the last five years, and am currently paying my own rent and making my own way through graduate school. There's very little I can do to help, but this is something I can do. Credit card debt is a big part of the problem, as my mom and sister spent many years living off of her credit cards just to get by. She would never allow me to do this if it wasn't essentially her last option. She can't sell the house because my dad's name is on the title, and he's gone. He's left countless debts in her lap and she's living paycheck-to-paycheck as it is.

I know I'm asking for a lot, but truly, any amount would help. I am 400 miles away with little money of my own, and I don't know what I would do if my mom and my sister lost their entire lives because of my dad.
