Help Madeline Kick Ovarian Cancer's Ass
At 30 years old, Madeline was just diagnosed with Stage IIIA Small Cell Ovarian Cancer, a rare and aggressive form of ovarian cancer with less than 500 cases in history. This isn’t how anyone pictures their life at 30 years young, healthy and happy, recently engaged and loving life.
The good news? They found the cancer and there's a treatment plan. Madeline received life-saving surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is currently being treated at Dana-Farber, one of the best cancer institutes in the world. At the end of 6 rounds of chemotherapy, she will endure a stem cell transplant that will bring dark and difficult moments but will also light the way to the next chapter of a long and beautiful life.
The not so good news? Cancer is a long healing journey that is also really expensive. Please consider a donation to help Madeline navigate these unexpected expenses, to spread a little extra love and kindness in the world and to say a big old f*ck you to cancer – your generosity will go to medical bills, “life with cancer” expenses, and fueling the fire of our beautiful, badass best friend. Seeing everyone come together to help is a beautiful and touching reminder that we are all connected.
Let's come together and help Madeline kick ovarian cancer's ass!
