My name is Madi-Lily and I’m a trans woman living in New York City. I’m reaching out for your help as I prepare for facial feminization surgery (FFS) on October 22nd 2024, a crucial step in my transition. This procedure is not just about aligning my physical appearance with my true self, but also about improving my mental and emotional well-being. However, the recovery process will require me to take significant time off work, and that’s where I need your support.

As a freelance content creator, my work often involves being on camera or physically active, whether out and about, on my feet, or working in a team/public setting. I'll be out of work for a minimum of 2 weeks, but due to the nature of the surgery and my work, it could be longer. This creates a lot of financial uncertainty and stress around my recovery, which is why I'm asking for help.
