Help Magan Get Back on Track

Hey y’all,

It’s that time again. I was laid off in January, and due to a lot of bureaucratic failures with the Virginia Employment Commission, I haven’t received a single unemployment payment since I was laid off 6 months ago. I contacted a legal aid office, and they essentially said there was nothing they could do. It could be up to a year before I receive an appeal hearing, let alone a decision on my claim.

As a result, my finances are decimated.

I have no way of making rent, and I just narrowly avoided defaulting this past month.

I have 4 credit accounts that are threatening to close and charge off my balance- which will remain on my credit for 7 years.

My credit has dropped by more than 100 points during this ordeal.

I have no money at all. No savings, no IRAs, no trusts, nothing.

I need financial help to get these accounts back on track and buy me a bit more time to find a job.

Please help if you can. Times are hard, and I know everyone is hurting right now. Even a dollar would be more than nothing.
