Help make a community room with disabled access

Hi my name is Jane, I am the stewardess of Hadfield conservative club, I know the word conservative will put a lot of people off but we are not a political club ( we don’t care who you vote for) it is what the club has been called for over 100 years now, we do like to go by the name  Hadfield CC we are basically  a members club. 

 I’m fundraising to make a community / function room .

we have a large room above the main club that is in need of a Lot of work to make a local community/ Multi purpose room.

we will use the funds raised to put in disabled access.

we would like to do elderly Christmas meals and children’s parties, but it will also be available to hire for events/ meeting and weddings, etc.

mencap use us on a regular basis but we don’t have any disabled access in the main club and this room could be their main base.

it is an amazing room with lots of features and it is such a shame not to renovate it.

Your support will mean that the local mencap group will be able to have more people attending their club, the local community will have a place to book for any event, and hopefully more charities will have a place they can use.
