Help Malachi with Top Surgery

Hi, it’s me, Malachi. I have currently been on HTP (testosterone) for 3 years and 1 month and have been enjoying the journey. I will now be having TOP SURGEY, which I already feel so relieved for, so excited for, and so nervous for. I was not expecting for my surgery date to be so soon after meeting with 2 therapist and completing all of my paper work. I was told I would have about 3 months and I was given from January 28th being told I will have my pre op appointment February 28th and surgery on the 2nd of March. This expense is about $9,000 WITHOUT insurance, I do have insurance but it is not 100% guaranteed everything will be covered. Nothing has yet been approved. I am prepared to pay for the anesthesia out of pocket if needed but not for the entire bill. I will be out for minimum 2 weeks but am shooting for 3 weeks since if I return back to Amazon I will be returning to a higher work load. Due to the department and my position I am limited to accommodations in my area. I have submitted all of my paper work/ documents for my medical leave and it has not been approved yet. Due to Amazon policy’s I will only be getting paid 50% of my weekly paycheck at 40 hours and if not approved 0% pay. I usually work 50-60 hours weekly which will take a toll on me. My girlfriend whom I am forever grateful for will be taking care of me and we are planning for her to take a personal leave of absence at Amazon with 0% pay since I will be on bed rest and will need assistance. Anybody who took the time to read this I really appreciate it. Anything will help me. I will be forever grateful.
