Help Malaki Serve with Youth With A Mission

Hi, my name is Malaki Houde-Smith and I am raising funds to go on a 5-month discipleship training (YWAM Pittsburgh) and outreach trip. I have just been accepted to join Youth With A Mission for their Discipleship Training School. While I'm there I will be doing discipleship training classes, teaching inner-city youth basketball skills, sharing the gospel through basketball, and traveling with a basketball team internationally to serve and share the gospel.

I want to go on this trip because these classes will equip me with the tools and training to share the gospel through sports and fitness, particularly basketball, with youth and people who have never heard the good news that Jesus died on the cross for their sins and that when they give their lives to Christ, eternal life will belong to them. I also want to go because I feel that God called me to go to YWAM Pittsburgh and I need to obey His calling for my life and build His kingdom. This will be a great opportunity to build connections and to share the gospel overseas.

I need to raise $8k for this trip. This money will cover all expenses for classes, food, and housing for 5 months, plus travel abroad.

I need to raise the funds by September 1st.
