Help Malcolm Kick Cancer to the curb!
Donation protected
As many of you may have heard, our friend and coworker, Malcolm Robinson, is in the battle once again against cancer. He found out in December it was back and has recently started treatment and has been placed out of work while he undergoes treatment and gets better. This has already been an uphill battle with numerous doctor's appointments, transfusions, hospital stays, and just the uncertainty of what's to come. If you know Malcolm, you know he is a fighter and being away from work is not the norm for him, especially since he is the sole provider for his family. I have spoken to him a few times and he has always kept such a positive outlook and given God all the glory and praise for every positive outcome, no matter how big or small. He, nor his wife Josie, would ever ask for anything other than prayers, but having worked with him for the last 17 years, I feel there has to be more we can do to help them through this most difficult time. With gas prices as high as they are and the repeat visits to and from treatments, hospitals, doctors, etc, I am certain a little extra money could help in some small way. Surely it won't take away the beast that is wreaking havoc on his body, but hopefully it can help ease the financial burden that comes with it. If you are able, any amount would help to show our love and support through this battle. We know that God is in control and that where 2 or more are gathered in His name, there He is also. So if nothing else, please pray with me that the treatments do what is needed with minimal side effects so that Malcolm can get back to full health and what he has devoted the last 30 years to provide for his family...and that's FreshPoint. All donations will be given to Malcolm. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your thoughts, prayers, and donations.
