Hello, I am Demitria Griggs and I am helping my friend of 30 years to raise funds for his son that he lost on July 20th to suicide. We are devastated as you can probably imagine.

Malik Holmes Jr., born on April 24th 1999 was quiet and observant. He loved to share laughs with his father Malik Sr. who single-handedly raised and cared for him since he was 3 years old.

Growing up, Malik Jr. loved to play with his action figures and video games. He loves skateboarding and bicycle riding. As he got older, he became passionate about expensive sport cars, but was also passionate about technology and audio engineering.

Malik Sr. needs your help to complete the difficult process of burying his only son. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. These funds will be used directly for the funeral costs.

We will miss Malik Jr. dearly. He was a wonderful son who is now gone way too soon.
