Help Malin perera for get a kidney transplant

Dear Friends and family,

I am writing to you about my brother, Malin perera who is living in Sri Lanka. It’s to let you know about his current health challenge, and how you can help. This is not an easy letter for me to write, but I know that without sending this, someone who might be interested in helping won’t have that opportunity. Malin is a wonderful person and He is a family loving with 4 daughters with his family, Malin suffers from kidney failure. Unfortunately, His both kidney got failed.
