Help Mallory Secure Justice for Her Children
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Mallory. I am a disabled veteran, mother of 6, survivor of domestic violence and abuse (17 years). I currently have an order of protection against my (soon to be ex) husband until 2031.
DCF has been involved in my case. Reports of domestic violence and abuse have been filed in 3 counties in Florida. 4 of my children have had suicidal behaviors since visitation with their father was court ordered. I have documented everything and followed the advice of my attorneys.
The court ordered a TSV supervisor who denied the abuse, provided false information to the court, and recommended reunification. She was given access to counseling records where abuse is documented by multiple mental health professionals. 15 counselors, 8 psychologists, 2 social workers, and countless other professionals have documented abuse and many are being denied testimony in court. It has been an incredible struggle to keep my children safe from abuse by their father.
I never anticipated corruption as a variable in escaping from an abusive relationship. I have been threatened by more than one attorney and a motion was filed to have me incarcerated for not participating with a corrupt psychologist. After learning of unethical behavior of my attorneys, I found new representation.
Over the last 3 years, I have taken out loans, cashed in savings, borrowed money from family and friends, sold belongings, and I am told by my attorney that my bill needs to be paid or I will not have representation.
My ex is prior law enforcement, was an agent for Pinkerton, emergency management, grant writer, and veteran. To avoid child support, he quit his job and refused to work for a year. He currently gets paid cash under the table with perks of a free house, free car, gas paid, insurance paid, and gift cards. He was studying to be a lawyer and knows the laws.
I have started talking to other mothers in the same court system, and we have begun to expose corruption. The more we expose, the more challenging our cases become. We are not just taking on divorce, and abuse, we are fighting to bring change for the children being affected by corruption in court.
Any donations made to this gofundme will be used directly towards attorney fees and court related costs. If donations exceed the needed costs in my case, a retainer will be created for legal representation under similar circumstances.
