Help Maple Get Eye Removal Surgery

Hi everyone, our dog Maple has to have her left eye removed due to Glaucoma. About a month ago we had her stay with a sitter and upon picking her up noticed her eye was extremely red and swollen. We took her to the vet where they diagnosed her with uveitis due to recent trauma to the eye and recommended we see an ophthalmologist if her condition gets worse. Once we completed the initial medications, her eye continued to get worse. We met with the specialist on Friday, where he confirmed that she has no vision in her eye and that uveitis had progressed into glaucoma. The recommended course of treatment at this point is to completely remove her eye to alleviate any pain or discomfort from the swelling.

 As you can imagine, this surgery is very expensive and we have already spent alot of money to get to this diagnosis and treatment plan over three different vet visits. Any form of help is appreciated whether that be a donation or a share.
