Help Marcela Bañuelos restart

Hi, my name is Marcela Bañuelos. I’m 24 years old, I was born and raised in Altadena. On Wednesday, Jan. 8th, I lost not only my home but also cherished memories, essential belongings, and the sense of stability I once had.

Both me and so many people I love are left with nothing and have to start over.

While I am incredibly grateful to have made it out safely, starting over from scratch is overwhelming. I’m now facing the challenge of finding temporary shelter, replacing basic necessities, and working towards rebuilding my life.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any help you can provide. I take so much pride in being from Altadena, and I’m heartbroken to see my home and my beloved community destroyed by this tragic event. Even if you’re unable to donate, sharing this post with others would mean so much to me.
