Help Marco Fight the Cancer

I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. My name is Jorge Esquivel, and today, I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart, but also with a strong sense of hope and determination. I'm writing on behalf of a young man who has touched my life deeply, Marco Medina.

Marco is a resilient 23-year-old who has been diagnosed with Cancer . It's a battle that no one should ever have to face, especially at such a young age. This journey has taken a toll on Marco, both physically and emotionally, and it has left him unable to work due to the demands of the chemotherapy and the intensive treatment required to combat this aggressive cancer.

The reason I'm writing to you today is because Marco has only one family member who supports him, and unfortunately, his brother does not live in Cincinnati and cannot be with him during these difficult moments. It's in this moment of need that my family and I have stepped in to become his unwavering support system, his family, his rock.

The Esquivel family has opened our hearts and home to Marco, providing him with emotional support and the limited resources we have to ensure he receives the best care possible. We've watched him fight this battle with remarkable strength and courage, and it's our sincere belief that together, we can help him overcome it.

However, Marco's journey is fraught with financial challenges. While Tri-Health Hospital has been a tremendous source of support, covering some of his therapies and medications, it doesn't encompass all the expenses associated with his treatment. Furthermore, Marco is on a path towards a stem cell transplant, which is essential for his recovery once chemotherapy is completed. Sadly, he doesn't qualify for financial assistance for this critical procedure.

The estimated cost of the stem cell transplant is staggering, ranging from $70,000 to $80,000. This is a significant financial burden that Marco, my family, and I must shoulder on top of the already substantial medical expenses.

This is where your support becomes invaluable. We cannot allow Marco to face this daunting challenge alone. Your generosity, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial strain and provide Marco with the hope and resources he needs to fight the Cancer and emerge victorious.

Mi nombre es Jorge Esquivel, y hoy me dirijo a ustedes con un corazón lleno de preocupación, pero también con una gran esperanza y determinación. Les escribo en nombre de un joven que ha tocado profundamente mi vida, Marco Medina.

Marco es un joven valiente de 23 años que ha sido diagnosticado con Cancer (Linfoma de Hodgkin. Es una batalla que nadie debería enfrentar, especialmente a tan temprana edad. Este camino ha afectado a Marco tanto física como emocionalmente y lo ha dejado sin la capacidad de trabajar debido a las exigencias de la quimioterapia y al tratamiento intensivo necesario para combatir este agresivo cáncer.

La razón por la que pido su apoyo hoy es porque Marco cuenta con un miembro de su familia que lo apoya, pero lamentablemente, su hermano no vive en Cincinnati y no puede estar con él en estos momentos difíciles. Es en este momento de necesidad que mi familia y yo hemos intervenido para convertirnos en su sistema de apoyo inquebrantable, su familia, su pilar. La familia Esquivel ha abierto nuestros corazones y hogar a Marco para brindándole apoyo emocional y brinday los recursos que mi familia pueda darle para que Marco pueda reciber la mejor atencion posible. Lo hemos visto luchar esta batalla con una fuerza y una valentía extraordinaria, y creemos sinceramente que juntos podemos ayudarlo a superarla la batalla contra el cancer.

Sin embargo, el camino de Marco está lleno de desafíos financieros. Si bien el Hospital Tri-Health ha sido un gran apoyo, cubriendo las terapias de la quimioterapia y algunos medicamentos, desafortunadamente no abarca todos los gastos asociados con su tratamiento. Además, de las quimioterapias Marco está en camino de recibir un trasplante de células madre, esencial para su recuperación una vez que termine las quimioterapias. Pero tristemente, no califica finacieramente para este procedimiento crítico de celulas madres.

El costo estimado del trasplante de células madre es abrumador, oscilando entre $70,000 y $80,000. Este es un peso financiero significativo que Marco, mi familia y yo no podemos pagar.

Es aquí donde su apoyo se vuelve invaluable. No podemos permitir que Marco enfrente este desafiante camino solo.
