Last Monday, Marcy, wife and mom of 3 little ones, had just started her dream job as a nurse at the very hospital she is now a patient in. She is in ICU and doctors have no idea what is going on.
Due to her being so sick the last 2 weeks, her previous employer fired her before she finished her 2 week notice. Needless to say, the bills are stacking up medically and personally. Her hubby is working, trying to take care of her and take care of their young kids right now without using all of his sick days. On top of it all, her new job is at stake too.
She has gone downhill today. They are testing her again in the morning for meningitis even though they had originally treated her for it and then ruled it out. Her symptoms are very much like the day she went into ICU.
Above all, pray. If you have finances to give then do that. Both are needed and both are felt at this time.
Proverbs 3:28 tells us: Do not say to your neighbor, Come back tomorrow and I’ll give it to you when you already have it with you.
