Help Mardee Help Others

Mardee is a mother of two and grandmother of three. For the last 31 years, Mardee has been using her gifts in teaching and training to encourage and equip the body of Christ both here and abroad. Her ministries include conducting workshops on “Healing the Wounds of Trauma,” teaching the Bible in restricted access countries, training leaders to teach the Bible through storytelling, and speaking at women’s conferences around the world.

Last December, because of hip replacement surgery, it was discovered that Mardee has breast cancer in both breasts. After much prayer and a deep desire to continue equipping the global church with life-giving skills, she was led to seek alternative cancer treatments. Mardee will have three weeks of intensive treatment in Mexico and then continue treatments at home or while on the road teaching and training. Her treatment plan includes two follow-up visits to assess progress.

Mardee is in need of financial assistance as her insurance does not cover alternative treatments. Please consider helping Mardee, our sister in Christ, carry this financial burden. She has continually self-financed her missionary efforts by renting out part of her house. Her cancer treatment is beyond her financial resources. The total cost is $37,000
