Help Mari Secure Her Maternity Leave

Hi,

I'm Mari, mother of a 3 year old and a baby due in September 2024. I have been having a rough couple of months and would like to be able to save up for maternity leave. Due to my job only providing FMLA, I would like to have at least $1140 to pay off my bills, food and any extra expenses while I'm out for six weeks.

Update: I went in for a more detailed ultrasound on 8/7/24 and this revealed that my baby has fetal tachycardia. I will be having to go to the OB twice a week for non-stress testing and get an ultrasound/see my provider once a week. This will take time from work as well.

Update: 9/24

As of 10 pm after 18 hours of labor, I delivered a healthy baby boy. Unfortunately, I was denied short term disability due to "pregnancy being a pre-existing condition" by my job.
