Help Marilyn Shipley with her medical expenses

The Parkville Missouri American Legion is collecting funds to assist Marilyn Shipley with her medical expenses. Marilyn is a long-time supporter and volunteer for the Parkville American Legion. For those of you who can, we are not at all bashful about asking for help. As some of you may know, Marilyn was diagnosed with MDS this past May. After completing one round of chemo, the results did not come back as one would hope. Her new prognosis has progressed to acute leukemia. It saddens us to announce that with this new prognosis, her time remaining with us is fleeting, from a few months to as little as a few weeks. Marilyn could use, and would greatly appreciate, any help you could provide for her astronomical medical expenses.
