Help Marine Vet & Sheriff Raising Kids After Wife’s Passing

A tragedy has struck our family, and we are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support.

On Wednesday, April 9th, my sister Jasmine collapsed in her kitchen and was found unresponsive by her young children. Despite their quick action to call for help, Jasmine had gone into cardiac arrest while her husband, Blaine—a Marine Corps veteran and dedicated sheriff—was on duty. Tragically, the lack of oxygen caused irreversible brain damage, and Jasmine passed away.

Our family is shattered. Jasmine was a light in our lives—an extraordinary mother who lived for her children and gave so much of herself as a compassionate nurse. She and Blaine dedicated their lives to helping others—she in healthcare, he in law enforcement. Now, Blaine is left to raise their children alone while navigating unimaginable grief.

This heartbreaking loss comes with mounting costs—funeral expenses, time off work, childcare, and the long road ahead. We’re asking, if you feel moved to do so, to please support Blaine and the kids in any way you can. Every contribution, prayer, and kind word makes a difference.
